Steve noticed that there was a demand in the Western Australian Property Services market and particularly in his local area after hearing many stories about poor workmanship, contractors failing to show up for appointments, or excessive delays in obtaining a quote. His desire to spend more time with his family, as well as his long-term goal of running a successful business, inspired him to take the leap into business ownership.
